Andrew J. Guidetti, 47, of Wooster passed away Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at his residence peacefully surrounded by his family after his long battle with pancreatic cancer.

He was born on April 22, 1977, in Wooster to Ronald P. and Patricia E. Reedy Guidetti. On August 7, 1999, he married Julie Kamp. She survives.

Andrew was a 1995 graduate of Northwestern High School. He worked in the traffic division 3 for O.D.O.T. as transportation manager, previously worked for the City of Wooster as street supervisor and in the parks division. Andrew was on the executive committee of Woosterfest, committee for Friends of Wooster Memorial Park, graduate of Leadership Wooster, and recipient of the Wooster Chamber of Commerce Mike Lezak Award for volunteerism. Andrew enjoyed hunting, skiing, 4 wheeling, helping on the family farm, coached youth softball and was an avid Northwestern Husky fan.

In addition to his wife Julie, and mother Patricia, he is survived by his children Dominic, Gino and Carmen Guidetti; brothers Michael (Norma) Guidetti, Thomas (Alisha) Guidetti; sisters Lori (Joseph) Ciuca and Janet (Mark) Alberts; brother-in-law Brandon Kamp; in laws Jerry and Darlene Kamp; nieces & nephews Rachel (Trent) Kline, Jeffrey Guidetti, Carter, Leo and Vinnie Guidetti, C.J. and Anna Ciuca, Jacelyn, Jared and Brett Alberts; along with many aunts, uncles and cousins.

He is preceded in death by his father, Ronald Guidetti; grandparents Richard and Marie Reedy, Peter and Mary Guidetti.

Friends will be received Friday, June 21, 2024 from 2:00 to 6:00 PM with a Celebration of Life to follow at Mohican Church, 7759 N. Elyria Rd. West Salem, OH 44287.
